Thank you so much nik. I have to thank you for your time opening this new discussion and sharing with us this link. I have started with the first lesson, pronunciation.

There are a lot of things I need to learn but I am enjoying. I have checked the pronunciation of the words that are used as examples and I am starting to notice Eric's accent. So nice.

I can share with you this other website
http://www.uz-translations.net
It has a lot of interesting material that we can use to keep practicing.

By the way, do you know any videos you have to share of Eric singing in Swedish.
A good dose of inspiration good be appreciated. I just have this and it has the lyrics so it's perfect for practicing the pronunciation.

Swedish is a fun language, and not so hard.... especially if you know English or German, actually the hardest thing is the pronounciation Razz

I would like to share with you this link, it a language exchange website.
There's a chat, voice chat, and PM's there (obviously there).

Very fast registration, and a very good website, it helped me A LOT on my Spanish skills, so enjoy... (and maybe we'll meet there xD) Razz

That's a talent. I am a mind reader.

Oks, now for real, it's very easy, via Google - I type "Swedish Course/Swedish Online/Study Swedish Online" and then scann the links and post the appropriate here Very Happy

You're welcome Razz

I have also started learning swedish. But fortunately we have a very good publisher in Germany (Langenscheidt), which offers magnificent language courses. Luckily the standard swedish course is one of their bests.

So I'm diligent learning swedish with a book and some audio-CDs for the pronunciation.

For learning the vocabulary I use this site: http://www.planet-tmx.com/en (but of course the german version). Unfortunately you have to typ in all vocabulary first, because their are only some german translations for swedish words ( that are the translations, that I typed in). So it is a bit more work for the start - but success is worth it.

Well seriously niksi, you have a special talent. I have searched on Googleand I haven't found so many links. I think there'a lot to work. I'm learning how to pronounce the vowels. Specially the different accents of the "a". But it's nice.

Oh, their pronounciation is the hardest thing I've ever saw, thanks God the verbs aren't hard....^^

Well, another link: http://mollysandenblogg.blogspot.com/ , that's Molly's OFFICIAL blog, and it's in Swedish, it might help Very Happy

I do not think, that the pronunciation is very hard to learn - except the "ch" e.g. in sked or sju.
But this could be, because German and Swedish have many in common Cool.

"et" is French for "and". In Swedish it is "och". In German it means "und" Smile. But the rest is correct Wink.
